Every donation on this platform is a pledge that is verified manually. After you give by bank transfer or PromptPay, upload your transfer slip — our team checks it against the receiving account and marks the gift verified, usually within 24 hours. Only verified gifts count toward a case's progress.

Funds are received by the partner organization responsible for the case (or by the platform foundation where stated) — the platform does not hold donor money in personal accounts. Receipts and field reports are published in each case's Documents section as funds are used.

If a case becomes fully funded or cannot proceed, remaining designated gifts are applied to the closest similar verified need, and donors are informed through a case update. If you believe your gift was recorded incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will trace the transfer.

Anonymous giving is supported: your name is hidden from public supporter lists, while staff still see the record for accounting. Donation records may be exported for audit by the responsible foundation.

The platform never charges donors fees, never processes card payments in this version, and never asks for banking passwords or OTP codes. Report any such request immediately.
