This platform serves people in vulnerable situations. Kindness and dignity are not optional.
Do not harass, pressure or attempt to directly contact applicants outside the platform when they have chosen contact through the organization only. Do not expose private information β including screenshots of private details β anywhere, on or off the platform.
Do not publish political incitement, religious or ethnic hatred, or content that endangers a person's safety or legal status. Many beneficiaries are refugees or stateless; a careless post can cause real harm.
Do not make unsupported claims about needs, illnesses or fund usage. Cases must be backed by documents reviewed by staff; public statements about a case should match its published information.
Violations can lead to content removal, account suspension and β for partner organizations β removal of verified status. Suspected fraud or safety risks are reviewed by staff and may be referred to authorities. Use the Report function to flag concerns; reports are confidential.
