When you submit a help request or application, you consent to the platform and its reviewing staff collecting and processing the information you provide for these purposes: verifying your situation, connecting you with a partner organization, coordinating donations, safeguarding, and follow-up on the assistance provided.

You choose what may be public. The application asks separately whether your story may be published, whether your real name may be shown, and whether photos may be used. Saying no to any of these does not affect whether you receive help.

Sensitive documents (identity papers, medical records, referral letters) are used only for verification and are never published. Access is limited to reviewing staff.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will stop publication and remove public content. Records of assistance already provided are retained for accountability to donors and auditors.
